Boat Detailer
Boat Detailers are responsible for detailing and cleaning boats, motors, and trailers.
Boat Sales Associate
The Boat Sales Associate is responsible for boat sales, being responsive to customers, building customer relationships, informing customers of our other departments, and selling any additional equipment or services they might need.
Gel Coat Technician
The Gel Coat Tech is responsible for repairing boat gel coat damages, scratches, and blemishes.
Lot Attendant
Lot Attendants are responsible for keeping the lot and grounds neat and clean.
Marine Rigger
Marine Riggers are responsible for installation of customers’ equipment and/or electronics, as well as making repairs to boats, motors, and trailers.
Marine Technician
Marine Technicians are responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing customers’ boats and motors.
Office Administrator
Responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Parts Manager
The Parts Manager is responsible for learning, selling, promoting, and merchandising all parts and accessories products, as well as helping customers with their needs and wants when it comes to their boats. This may include finding the products needed and/or making recommendations for products.
Pro Shop Manager
The Pro Shop Manager is responsible for learning, selling, and promoting all pro shop products. The manager is also responsible for ordering, receiving, and merchandising the product as needed.
Service Manager
The Service Manager is responsible for managing the service department. This includes leading employees, providing exceptional customer service, following up on service orders, and striving for a strong service department in all aspects of service, parts, and warranty.
Service Writer
Service Writers are responsible for scheduling service and rigging customers, preparing work orders, ordering, and receiving parts needed to complete service.
Warranty Coordinator
Warranty Coordinators are responsible for coordination and supervision of warranty claims through all manufacturers.
