Kind of late writing a review because I wanted to test the engine out several times. I was having trouble with the engine and emailed Bunch Marine needing help on July 16, 2023. Bunch Marine is where I bought the boat back in 2016. After emailing Bunch Marine for help, Customer Service lady Riley there called back a few days later and asked questions and set up an appointment time for me to bring the boat up to their shop. I didn't want anyone else to touch it. I really thought the boat was messed up. After arriving a few days later they treated me well and fixed the boat in one day. It was a bad diaphragm in the engine. They also took a few minutes out of their daily schedule to fixed my three pole battery charger that had gotten cut out when someone stole my cranking battery out of the boat at a local Marina. It would only work on two poles. The experience was way better than I thought it would be. Bunch Marine was excellent in their Service Department, Maintenance and Personnel.
GREAT customer service after the purchase. Bought a Tri-toon in 2016. Service it every 100 hours. Did not buy a trailer so they pick it up, service it, and return it. Working with Riley is EASY and professional. Her guys took great care with my boat returning it and putting cover back on.
Great buying experience from start to finish. Jeff White went above and beyond. Jeff made sure he showed me everything on boat and electronics. He even called the next week to see how I liked the boat and see if I had any questions.
